If you want to delete your account yourself, the path is as follows:
(1) In the game login and server selection interface, select [Account Center], click [Customer Service Button], select [Delete Account], and complete the account deletion according to the requirements.
(2) Or contact us via email <support@superera.com> and provide the corresponding information. We will delete the account after verification.

The Account Deletion Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you (hereinafter also referred to as "User" or "You") and SUPERERA (HONGKONG YUEYOO TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED) and its affiliates ("SuperEra" or "we").

You acknowledge and confirm that you are using the SuperEra account (hereinafter also referred to as the "Account") deletion service provided to you by us. By agreeing to this Agreement and continuing, you acknowledge the consequences of account deletion and voluntarily accept to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. In particular, we would like to remind you that the deletion of an Account is irreversible and once deleted, you will no longer be able to log in and use all services provided to you by SuperEra under that Account, including your interactions with SuperEra and/or your registration and use of products or services provided by SuperEra (collectively, the "SuperEra Services") ("SuperEra Services" or "Services"), nor can you retrieve any content or information you have set up in your account by logging into it (even if you register again with the same registration or real name information and use the SuperEra Services).

For matters not covered by this Agreement, please refer to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service (collectively, the "SuperEra Agreement") and/or other relevant rules set out in the SuperEra Services as amended from time to time. If there is an agreement in the SuperEra Agreement, the agreement shall prevail, and if there is a special agreement in this Agreement, the agreement in this Agreement shall prevail.

I. How to delete an account

1.1 Before deleting your account, you must ensure that your account also meets the following conditions.

(1) The account was registered and used by you through the official SuperEra channels by the SuperEra Agreement and/or other relevant rules as set out in the SuperEra Services and changed from time to time.

(2) At the time of application for deletion, the account can be used normally and there are no circumstances that may pose a security risk to the account (including but not limited to the account being blocked or frozen, abnormal account login behavior, abnormal usage behavior, etc.).

(3) There are no rights and/or obligations arising from the existence of the account. There is no illegal use of another person's account, sharing of the account with a third party and/or other circumstances that may give rise to disputes over the use of the account or damage the legitimate rights and interests of a third party.

(4) The relevant proceeds or benefits in the account have been settled or properly disposed of: including but not limited to Ingots, B. Ingots, accumulated top-up benefits, props, characters, etc. If you do not do so by the time of deletion, you will be deemed to have voluntarily given up such proceeds or rights.

1.2 You should complete the deletion of your account through the following process.

(1) You must delete your account through the official channels provided by SuperEra and follow the instructions provided on the corresponding page when you use the deletion function to complete the account deletion process.

(2) You have carefully read and agreed to accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to be clear about the consequences of account deletion and to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement voluntarily.

(3) If the account you request to delete satisfies all of the agreements under Article I, paragraph 1 of this Agreement, SuperEra reserves the right to verify the security of your account to ensure that there are no abnormalities that may affect the security of your account to further protect your relevant legal rights. You understand and agree that SuperEra reserves the right to reject your deletion request and refuse to provide you with account deletion services if any of the conditions in Article I, Section 1 of this Agreement are not met. Even if we determine that you meet the deletion conditions, we will do so based on a formal review of your commitment (i.e., your own commitment to ensure that your account meets the deletion conditions described above), and you will remain responsible for your own compliance with the deletion conditions described above, for which we shall not be liable.

(4) After the account you have requested to be deleted has passed the above security verification, you will be required to verify the personal information provided during the registration of the account, including the mobile phone number, email address, bound account information, password and other personal information used for account registration. You understand and agree that SuperEra reserves the right to reject your request for deletion and refuse to provide you with the account deletion service if the personal information provided by you does not correspond to the personal information used for account registration.

II. Consequences of account deletion

2.1 If your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in and use any SuperEra Services through that account, nor will you be able to retrieve any content or information you have set up in that account through your login account, even if you use the same registration details to register for an account and use the SuperEra Services again.

2.2 You understand and agree that, upon deletion of your account, all content, information, data and records generated by your login and use of the SuperEra Services through that account will be deleted or anonymized (except as otherwise required by law or regulation). You will no longer be able to access, transmit, obtain, continue to use or retrieve such deleted or anonymized content, information, data or records and will not be entitled to request their retrieval by SuperEra. The content, information, data or records described in the foregoing include, but are not limited to:

(1) the personal information you provided when registering for the account, including mobile phone numbers, email addresses, bound account information, passwords and other personal information;

(2) All content generated by the SuperEra Services that you use through the account and records retained in connection with them, including but not limited to game characters, game levels, related achievements, virtual props, records of participation in activities, etc;

(3) All other content, information, data, records, etc. contained in that account.

2.3 You understand and agree that upon deletion of your account, SuperEra will remove all accrued rights and anticipated benefits (if any) arising from your use of the account. Such rights or anticipated benefits include, but are not limited to:

(1) Your top-up balances and associated virtual props acquired as a result of your top-ups during your use of the account, including but not limited to Ingots, B. Ingots, cumulative top-up benefits, props, characters, etc;

(2) Online services that you have purchased through the account but have not yet expired, including, but not limited to, monthly cards and gift packs within each SuperEra game;

(3) Any other benefits that have been created but not yet consumed and/or that may be expected to be created under the account.

2.4 Once an account is deleted, the SuperEra agreement that you signed with us when you registered and used the account and the relevant SuperEra Services will terminate accordingly, except to the extent that SuperEra has agreed with you in the relevant agreement to continue in force, or as otherwise provided by law, regulation or this Agreement.

2.5 Other consequences (if any) arising from the deletion of a SuperEra account.

III. Exclusion of liability

3.1 Notwithstanding the foregoing, you shall remain liable for your actions during your use of the SuperEra Services prior to the deletion of your account, and SuperEra reserves the right to pursue such liability by the relevant provisions of the SuperEra Agreement, which SuperEra reserves the right to amend, supplement, delete and update.

IV. Other

4.1 This Agreement is entered into at Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China.

4.2 The laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China shall apply to the formation, validity, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement.

4.3 Any dispute or controversy between you and SuperEra arising out of (and/or in connection with) this Agreement shall first be settled by friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this Agreement is signed.
