Auto Renewal Subscription Agreement

Welcome to the Auto Renewal Subscription Service (hereinafter referred to as "Auto Renewal Service" or "the Service"). To safeguard your rights as a user (hereinafter referred to as "you"), please carefully read all the contents of this service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") before using the Service, particularly the bold sections. Minors should read this Agreement with their legal guardians present.

You are not authorized to use the Service unless you have read and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement. By purchasing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reached an agreement with SuperEra (HONGKONG YUEYOO TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED) and voluntarily accept all the terms of this Agreement.

If any revisions to this Agreement and related service terms are necessary due to business development, they will be published on https://www.superera.com. You can visit the website to review the latest version of the agreement. After SuperEra modifies the aforementioned terms, if you do not agree to the modified terms, you can choose to terminate the use of the auto-renewal service. If you choose to continue using the Service, it will be deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement and rules.

You understand and agree that:

1. The Service is provided to you on the condition that you have purchased the "Nine Trials Monthly Privileges" service and it offers automatic renewal. If you activate the Service, 24 hours before each billing cycle expires, the service fee for the next billing period will be deducted from your account . This service relies on the premise that you have an active account with sufficient funds for deduction. Any risks or losses arising from insufficient balance in your Account resulting in renewal failure are your responsibility.

2. Auto-renewal subscription period: 1 month. This is subject to the mobile application provided by SuperEra and your actual purchase.

3. Once you choose to use the Service, unless you terminate it, your authorization for SuperEra to make automatic deductions is irrevocable. SuperEra will not refund any fees paid by you for the service charges deducted based on your chosen payment method when activating the auto-renewal service.

4. If there is a price adjustment before the auto-renewal date, SuperEra will announce the modified content on relevant pages and charge according to the currently effective price.

5. SuperEra does not charge any handling fees for using the Service. However, SuperEra has the right to decide whether to charge or adjust the auto-renewal period and fees based on business needs or market changes, and will make an announcement on the relevant pages.

6. The Service provided by SuperEra is only for use within the purchased mobile application. Any illegal methods, such as malicious cracking, used to circumvent renewal and access paid services are violations of this Agreement. The perpetrator shall be responsible for all legal consequences, and SuperEra will pursue legal liabilities in accordance with the law.

7. Unless notified or announced by SuperEra, the Service will remain valid indefinitely. This Agreement comes into effect from the moment you choose to accept or use the Service and will continue until you terminate the Service or cancel the paid service or membership.

8. SuperEra has the right to immediately terminate the provision of services to you without any liability to you or any third party under the following circumstances:

(1) Your illegal or infringing activities have been confirmed by effective legal documents issued by national administrative or judicial authorities, or SuperEra, based on its own judgment, believes that your actions may violate the contents of this Agreement or the usage rules publicly posted by SuperEra from time to time, or may violate laws and regulations.

(2) Your actions disrupt the normal operation of any part or function of SuperEra.

(3) SuperEra believes that providing the Service to you poses significant risks.

9. SuperEra may choose to suspend, interrupt or discontinue the Service due to its own business decisions or other reasons. In such cases, SuperEra will notify you through announcements.

10. You have the right to terminate the Service at any time on the relevant pages of SuperEra's mobile application. After termination, SuperEra will cease to provide the Service to you.

10.1 Termination Method: Apple ID purchase.

(1) iOS 12 and above: Open the Apple iOS device "App Store" → Click on the Apple account avatar in the upper right corner → Go to "Account" → Click on "Subscriptions" → Select the mobile application for which you purchased the service → Cancel subscription.

(2) iOS 12 and below: Open the Apple iOS device "Settings" → Go to "iTunes & App Store" → Click on "Apple ID" to view Apple ID → Enter the "Account Settings" page → Click on "Subscriptions" → Select the mobile application for which you purchased the service → Cancel subscription.

If you do not cancel the subscription at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period, the subscription will be automatically renewed.

10.2 Termination Method: Cancel a subscription on the Google Play app

(1) On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play→Select the subscription you want to cancel→Tap Cancel subscription→Follow the instructions.

Important: When you uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel.

11. SuperEra's failure to exercise, delay in exercising, or partial exercise of rights enjoyed under this Agreement or by law shall not be deemed as a waiver of those rights and shall not affect SuperEra's exercise of such rights in the future.
